Unfixed Time

The primary parliament of Germany meets in the old Reichstag Building (that famously burned down, allowing Hitler to declare Martial Law) called the Bundestag. The old building was rebuilt, but the dome was made in modernist style by way of a British architect. The dome is open for tourists, although it is quite chilly up there in the winter.
